Support for Armed Forces Veterans
Mid Devon Medical Practice is an Armed Forces veteran friendly accredited GP practice and are committed to delivering the best possible care and treatment for patients who have served in the armed forces.
The Op COURAGE Integrated Veterans Mental Health Service can support anyone who has served in the UK Armed Forces community regardless of length of time served, rank or reason for leaving. We cover the areas of Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Cornwall and The Isles Of Scilly, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, and Somerset.

Devon Carers
If you look after someone else such as a family member or friend, we recommend that you register with Devon Carers in order to access free information, advice and training in your caring role. Devon Carers carry out Health and Wellbeing checks for carers and give support and additional help and resources to carers.
Unite Carers
Unite Carers is a charitable company which provides support, information, activities and friendship to unpaid carers who look after someone who is dependent on them because of illness, frailty, disability or vulnerability.
East Devon Dementia Map
One Eastern Devon and Age UK Exeter have
been working together to create the Eastern Devon Dementia Map, a centralised,
easy to navigate resource that brings together local dementia services,
community groups, voluntary sector support, wellbeing activities, and key
contacts.
